ORIGINAL FINE ART GIFTS: ORNAMENTS & SMALL ARTWORK

New fine art Christmas ornaments will be available next week! I painted 13 small canvases and added a raw-edge silk ribbon for hanging. I also painted 20+ small pieces on paper and ‘shelfie’ size canvases, perfect for gift-giving.

ORIGINAL FINE ART ORNAMENTS

This year, I painted the fine art Christmas ornaments and small works along with larger pieces, so rather than all being in the same palette, they are based upon various series throughout the year. I painted abstracts, florals, and abstracted landscapes.

I completed each painting using acrylic paint, oil pastels, artist wax crayons, charcoal, and graphite and finished with an archival varnish.

ORIGINAL SMALL WORKS ON PAPER

I included a selection of sizes of small work, abstracts, coastal pieces, and florals. The smallest ones include a mat and they all fit into standard size frames. I love them with a wide three-inch mat.

ORIGINAL ‘SHELFIE’ SIZE WORKS ON CANVAS

I have a few small canvases which sit nicely on a shelf or hang in a small space. I had hoped to paint more, but I ran out of time. Check back as I may add some more later in the month.

I’ve had many people tell me they leave the ornaments hanging in their homes all year, which warms my heart!
