ORIGINAL HAND-PAINTED CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS

A very small collection of original hand-painted CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS is almost ready to go and available to my newsletter readers before their release on my website on Monday, December 2.

LAST CHRISTMAS I painted a collection of 12 ornaments on little four-inch square canvases.

This year, these ornaments are painted on extra-deep gallery-depth canvas, which makes a weighty and substantial ornament, which I like. Just tuck them back into the branches and they hang nicely. I’ve even heard from a few collectors who leave them hanging on a wall all year long.

I hand painted each tiny stretched canvas with professional grade paints, oil sticks, and graphite. I sealed them with a gloss varnish this year for a beautiful sheen. Then I completed with a satin ribbon for hanging.
